Adelaide & South Australia
On-site work is delivered across Adelaide and South Australia, and interstate where the engagement calls for it. Travel beyond metro Adelaide is quoted up front, as part of the engagement.
Adeo exists for a specific moment: the small or mid-sized business that pays its MSP every month, is reasonably happy with the service, and then gets asked a question it cannot answer — what is that money actually buying, in the quality of the work, the discipline of the spend, and how it all stands up when an insurer or a regulator comes to look?
The question arrives with a trigger. A cyber-insurance renewal lands a questionnaire nobody can fill in honestly. An invoice doesn’t quite add up. A board member asks how secure the business really is, and the room goes quiet. A phishing email gets through. In each case the business needs to know how its IT is actually performing — and the only people positioned to answer are the same people being assessed. The MSP cannot mark its own homework. The large consultancies are scaled for engagements far bigger than a forty-person business. The local firms that would take the work are usually reselling something, so their answer tends to arrive with a quote attached. Adeo exists to take the seat nobody else is sitting in: independent oversight of the provider.
We measure what is delivered — across service delivery, commercial discipline, roadmap and governance, security and compliance, and AI adoption and posture — and write leadership an account of what we found. We audit, advise, and oversee. Where engaged, we specify and independently verify an off-the-shelf AI capability that your own team or provider builds and operates. Our only revenue is the client’s fee; the boundary is set out in every engagement letter.
The closest thing to it is the external financial auditor — independent of the operator, answerable only to the client. Most Australian SMEs have no equivalent for their IT.
Fixed fee, evidence you can re-use, and an account of what we found.

Where an audit or advisory conversation has found a specific use for AI, the AI Enablement engagement specifies it for your team to run, priced for the specific work. Adeo writes the specification and independently verifies the build; your own team, MSP, or a nominated partner does the building, the configuring and the running.
One principal runs the engagement, from the first conversation to the closing readout. The evidence is your own — authenticated API reads where the platform allows them, and the contracts, invoices, ticket exports and policy documents you hand over. That same principal writes the report and signs it.
The method is mapped to the ACSC Essential Eight and to the control expectations of your renewing insurer, with every finding cited so the evidence is yours to re-use wherever it’s needed next.
Any firm can cite the frameworks. Fewer have no stake in the answer: Adeo resells nothing, takes no commission and holds no ongoing operational role.

Remote engagements run Australia-wide, on the same evidence base and the same fixed fees. Interviews and the first thirty-minute conversation are held over secure video wherever you are, and if leadership wants the closing readout in the room, that travel is quoted in the proposal.
Thirty minutes at no cost. If we’re not the right fit we’ll say so. Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day.
