One email begins it: a thirty-minute conversation at no cost — a straight read on whether Adeo can help, and an honest answer if it can’t. Every enquiry is read by the person who would do the work, and a reply follows within one business day.
A line or two is plenty. Tell us your sector and the question you’re trying to answer — an insurance renewal, an MSP invoice you’d like a second opinion on, a board asking about IT spend, a partner who has started using an AI tool, or a deadline bearing down.
None of this is required to start. If a document or two is already to hand, attach it.
- Your most recent MSP invoice or service agreement.
- A current cyber-insurance renewal questionnaire, if a renewal or a control gap is what prompted you.
- A short list of the AI tools your team uses — sanctioned or not — if posture and data handling are the concern.
The conversation is held over video, or in person in Adelaide. If there is a fit, a short written proposal follows — scope, fee, dates and the form of the deliverable — and work begins only once you have signed it. Introducing a client? Copy them in and say so in the subject line.
